Interview
The CEO's assistant called me and asked me to come in for an interview that same day. She called me at 10am and asked me to appear for the interview at 11:30am. I attempted to reschedule since it was impromptu, but she told me that was the only time the CEO would be available.

Question 1
The interview questions were scenarios based and very specific. I answered all the questions intelligently and felt the interview went well. However, the interview was one-sides as I was not given an opportunity to ask any follow-up questions because they had another candidate waiting to be interviewed. I never heard from anyone after the interview to let me know the next steps in the hiring process, although I had sent a thank you letter and called a few days later to follow-up. Overall, bad interview process and left a bad impression. I would not recommend this company.

Interview
I received phone call after submitting my resume online. An interview was scheduled with Director of Finance and Doctor who started company. Appointment was in formal corporate conference room and we had a very nice discussion during interview, lots of questions but no pressure. I felt like I had all skills and experience they were seeking but unfortunately I never heard back from them with any feedback.
