The interview process was very clear. The hiring manager emailed me the interview questions about 15 minutes beforehand so I could think about my answers ahead of time. The interview began with the hiring team providing a brief introduction to the company and its structure, followed by the questions I had been sent.

Online interview with a panel of two full-time staff members. After the interview it took about a month to hear back about whether or not I had received the position.
