Laid-back. I went in with my resume, asked for a job and they scheduled me for an interview. The supervisor who interviewed asked me to come in for a second interview, and remembered my name the second time. It was more like a conversation than an interview, and I felt like a person, not like a number. I was scheduled to work right away, which was very convenient for me.

My interviewer made it very clear he didn’t care for me nor me working with the company and assumed I was a single mother and made racist remarks based off of my previous employers

I Interviewed w/ Shelby Liska @ she made me feel as if I was already a part of The Roadhouse Crew. ..!! It means alot to have dedicated mgmt. Which makes a new hire want to jump rite into promoting a Product......EXCELLENT STEAKS. /
