Interview
I filled out the online application, after now hearing anything back I called the restaurant and explained my interest in working there. I went in for 2 interviews. I had to wait a long time to actually talk with the managers but then was just asked simple normal interview questions. Just answer them with common sense. You need to have a pretty open availability in the beginning.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
