Very Informal, it was more of a get to know your personality type questions rather than work related questions. I only had to have one interview in person with a manger.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
