The interview process was thorough but straightforward. I interviewed in person with a small panel first, then moved to a one-on-one interview with the supervisor immediately afterward. I was called back within a week or two.

Most of the questions were behavioral, such as "describe a time when you had to resolve a conflict."
relatively easy, very friendly! they stated an expected follow up within less than a week. didn't mention a second interview. i chose to do it online, took around 45 minutes.

Interview
I've interviewed for an academic advising role 3 times now; twice with one department and one with a different department. The interviews were similar comprising of a team panel and had similar questions asked in a round robin style.
