Texas State Technical College interview questions

Phone screen interview 30 minutes in duration. Invite for virtual interview sent within a day. Virtual interview approximately 45 minutes with managers. Final interview in person with other manager and peers.

Online video chat interview with 3 of the folks in the department I'd be working in. They took turns asking me pretty standard questions. The whole interview lasted about an hour. Had a 2nd interview 5 weeks later with only the department head, then didn't hear anything for 2 months. When I saw the position reposted online, I emailed HR to ask for an update. Got no immediate response, but eventually a boilerplate rejection email. I actually saw the same position posted for a different campus a year later and applied. I got an immediate phone call from the same HR person who then set up a time for yet another interview with mostly the same people. Went through another video chat interview which ended with the department head asking me if I was ready to move to Houston. I responded emphatically, "I sure am!" Aaaaand, I never heard from them again. Oddly, I recently saw the initial position/campus I applied for reposted. Really, really, really strange.
