Texas Virtual Academy interview questions

I submitted a time consuming one sided interview by choice including a ten minute lesson. I had to follow up with the recruiter because I didn’t hear anything. The second time I emailed, she responded that the school would be contacting me that day. The admin contacted me and requested a virtual meeting with them the next day. (Very short notice) I agreed and had the interview which took 45 minutes. It seemed to go well. They said the recruiter would contact me by the next week with information regarding the job. So, with that said, no one contacted me. I did email all of them and heard nothing. I did it again a week later and nothing. After putting in the effort to interview and the school not even taking the time to contact me, I DO NOT recommend this company. They are disorganized and immoral in my opinion. This is a huge red flag.
