I applied online and had a phone interview with the recruiter, and I must say that the experience was positive. The recruiter was not only nice and friendly but also highly responsive, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable.

It seemed like the interviewer had no clue what all the responsibilities would be for this role and would be a good friend vs a manager because they didn’t have much design experience. Seemed like a role you’d accept and then just get your limbs torn in all different directions. Got the impression this team needs a lot of help.
