Interview
Short, didn't take very long to get an offer from Textron. They recognize talent when they see it. I believe they are a good company to work for, though they only give you one week to decide on your offer.
3 Rounds, same person for the first 2. Eventually met with supervisor. Super relaxed conversation, no questions that weren’t expected. Make sure to have your achievements ready and start conversation that is not in your resume.

The interview was very casual and personable. Interviewer was very engaging and was attentive while listening. I would recommend to stay personable throughout the whole process as they are looking for people they like to work and speak with who are enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to take the lead.
