It was a phone screen with a recruiter then an interview with the hiring manager. The screening asked my GPA and told me about the role. They also asked what I participated in during college.

Formal and informal interview over lunch. Relaxed attitude of the hiring managers and was also interviewed by colleagues. Most department managers also join for interviews and sometimes joke if you really want to join this company..
