Applied online and recruiter contacted me to discuss CV and set-up interview Straight forward process asked to prepare and give a 15 min PowerPoint presentation with the topic " “In the role of Head of Planning please present how you would transform a Planning Team from being Functionally Siloed and ‘Supply Chain Planning’ focused to Accountable for End-to-End delivery including Production Planning. Please take consideration of Tools, Processes, Skills, Behaviours, and Culture.” Interview was then Competency based on the company core values which are all listed in the pre-interview pack. Overall process was smooth and enjoyable, only complaint is no feedback received from either the interviewer or recruiter
