The Access Group (UK) interview questions

After I completed the home assessment. I joined only 1 interview round with 3 engineers. They ask around the assessment and some engineer behaviours which are being evaluated, including the mindset, problem solving skills. Not a deep dive into technical much.

Interview was ok but they did not provide any updates after and ghost candidates. Was hoping to get some insight at least or a simple rejection would be okay. They simple dont contact you.
