I had a group interview with several of the other full-time staff. They took turns asking the usual interview questions. I would recommend reading about The Arc before you interview and demonstrating that you are flexible, willing to learn new skills, and creative at solving problems. The more you demonstrate this, the more likely it will be that your responsibilities will increase and you will get to work on additional projects
