Interview
One phone interview in which they asked very basic questions. Then one in person interview with the Dean. They are more concerned that you submit your transcripts. They did not negotiate salary at all.

Describe a time when you were faced with a challenging student. How did you handle the situation?
I was cold called by the chair of the program on a day not agreed upon. Full interview is to be scheduled later. I'm curious about them as a school- I've never worked for a for-profit institution before.

Interview
Met with a panel consisting of both faculty and staff for over a 45 minute time frame. The questions were conversational with equal dialogue of questions and answers. The questions asked by the panel which consisted of faculty and staff were direct but the usual questions asked during an educational interview.
