Had a phone interview with the Assistant Property Manager first and then the property manager. It was very pleasant and comfortable. I was offered the job within a week. I would definitely work there again.
Management takeover- been smooth and easy transition. Typical process does not take too long in my opinion. I'm enjoying the process, company is very helpful I'm felling heard and any questions are answered right away
