Lengthy, process. You go in and have a skype interview with someone and if they like you then you take the secretarial quiz. If you do well on that you will come back and have a second interview with a live person or two. If that goes well they will offer you the job and start the background checks and fingerprinting process which then takes about 3 weeks for you to actually begin to start working.
