Interview
Began with phone interview with both admin and HR. Was then invited for a 5 hour in person interview on campus where I interviewed with many different staff members. I also gave a demo lesson to the students. I reached out 2 times after the interview to follow up and never received a response. Very unprofessional being that as an educator I had to take time away from my current class to interview here. Would not recommend going through the process with this school.

It was with several admins at once. It was more of a conversation than a Q&A. They strived to get to know me, and they were amicable. The questions had to do with teaching philosophy, skills, classroom management, and professional outlook.
