My phone interview was fairly quick, all things considered, but the interviewer was polite and friendly. The process is pretty standard when it comes to child-related work, meaning a background check, fingerprints, and drug test are required for employment. Most paperwork was conveniently done online and they were flexible with my schedule. All the information I wanted was provided and overall it was a good interview .

One Interview with Childcare manager onsite. Asked very simple questions that require no preparation. They just want to know if parents would feel comfortable leaving their child with you, so previous childcare experience is a plus
