2nd round - case study discussion
3rd round - meet with the CEO for cultural fit

Motivation, interests, plans for the future, what kind of environment I can thrive, problem solving skills, technical questions about the case study (approach, way of thinking)
Multiple step interview process. Three interviews in total, two with Managers and one with upper management. The process also includes a case study to assess skills and use as discussion material. There was an overall quick turnaround, with prompt responses from the team and constructive feedback throughtout the process.
