I applied to the Product Developer position that was posted about a month ago and I have to honestly say that it was one of the best interview experiences I’ve had. The people in the HR department really know what they are doing. They were super honest, friendly and prompt. I never felt like they were dragging the process on or gave me any false hopes about what the position description was nor what the salary/benefits would be. As for the steps, I had a phone screen with HR and then another phone interview with the hiring manager. I waited about a week and got an email stating they decided to purse other candidates. I really appreciate that they don’t leave you hanging. Like I said, one of the best interview experiences and I’m bummed that I wasn’t selected for the position.
