I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Boston Beer Company (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jul 2015
Interview
The interview process was very quick. I received an employee referral and applied online. I was contacted soon after applying, to do a phone interview. While on the phone, I scheduled an in person interview for the next week. The company flew me out to Pittsburgh for the interview which was with 2 people, the district manager and the regional manager. They asked fairly typical questions, why sales, why Boston Beer? It is very important to know their products inside an out. They are most interested in how enthusiastic you are about the products and how persuasive you can be. The interview was about an hour long. I was called the next day with an answer about the position. I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the company and the good communication.

Interview
If you're a college grad, they will have you go through 7 interviews. Your last interview , they will fly you out to Boston where you will have a group interview, be prepared with a 30 second elevator pitch. Then they will split you into different rooms individually with different interviewers each having different communication styles to see if you're able to match any comm style.
The process was over Ihire and was a virtual process. You are presented a few questions and you are given a set amount of time to answer them. You have a chance to fix it if you mess up for each question.

Interview
I did not like how the first interaction of the interview process was a recording of you answering questions. Zoom interviews are great, but you get a true personality from talking to someone live as opposed to a recording of you talking to a webcam.
