I had a two day interview where on the first day or first interview I meat with the team Iwill be working with where the details of the positions were laid out and some technical questions were asked. In the second interview I meat with the upper management and gave a technical presentation.

People gave conflicting answers to the same question. I had a phone interview while I was on-site with a researcher who was offsite, but I was kicked out of the conference room by another group just 10 minutes into the 30 minute call with no effort to remedy the situation by anyone.
