Went in & I formed them of my interview the manager & manager in training both interviewed me. It seemed okay at first, however, they asked me questions that had no relation to the position I was applying for. After giving my answers they gave me that look like"is she done yet" did not seem interested in me at all or getting to know me. Told me that they had other interviews and I would know in 24hrs. I got an email an hour afterwards saying "they decided that I wasn't a fit for the position and decided to go elsewere, & thanked me for being a valued shopper". Interview took 5 min.
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Interview
Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
