I applied online. I interviewed at The Buckle (The Woodlands, TX) in Apr 2017
Interview
Conducted on the sales floor, no questions of any real value asked. They are only concerned with how much you can work for them (scheduling.) They make you wait awkwardly on the floor for 15-20 minutes while they forget you're there, I saw it happen with myself and at least 5 people there for an interview.
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Buckle (Little Rock, AR) in Mar 2026
Interview
Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.
