Interview
I applied online and got the automated email to schedule an interview. I scheduled it for the next day and arrived a few minutes early. I was told to wait while the manager got things in order and less than five minutes later I was being interviewed. It was a pretty basic interview, but I was nervous (first interview ever and I did no research) so I had a serious case of word vomit and kept spouting whatever nonsense came to mind. The manager was super nice and friendly, and she only asked around four questions; it was very brief, too - less than ten minutes. At the end, she told me she had others to interview that week and that I'd hear something back by the following Monday but that never happened. Even though I already knew before I walked out that I didn't get the job, it would have been nice to receive at least an email, so that's my only complaint.
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Interview
Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
