Recruiter arranged a time for team lead to do phone interview. Spoke with the team lead for over an hour about my experience, the structure of the team, and how I could set myself up for success prior to starting position.

Basic interview process. Questions focused on prior experience and qualifications. Interviewer was prompt, pleasant, and professional. Entire interview flowed more like a conversation than a stuffy interview. Learned alot about the company and team I would be joining.
