The interview was around half an hour and was primarily to ascertain my motivation and relevant experience for the role. They also assessed a basic understanding of safeguarding but nothing too complex.

Just a quick call with the manager, going over recent history etc.. Only big thing was the need for an advanced DBS check which costs around 50 pounds. It seems like you don't need any experience in the Industry to be successful.

Friendly and relevant questions felt more like a conversation than an interview, single interviewer, who had you application open and wrote down what you said, clearly describing the next steps of the application.
