Polite telephone interview, very professional, nothing special, to be followed by a coding test. On tests, I feel there is a balance to be struck between testing the prospective employee to a sufficient degree and making optimistic calls on the time of a person who is not employed yet. I had other irons in the fire with other companies with shorter tests and ultimately went with them.
Very professional company however. I would suggest a test incorporated into a second face-to-face / final interview, time-boxed to 30 minutes. This avoids putting people off at an early stage and ensures the test is completed fairly by the candidate, whilst still verifying their technical skills.
