I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Campaign Workshop in Jun 2024
Interview
The interview process was pleasant and unbiased, which I found refreshing. The first round involved a 30-minute assignment to evaluate your skills. It was unique because you would submit your assignment without your name, allowing your skills to be evaluated based solely on the results you produced, without knowledge of your gender, nationality, or age. I found this to be a very positive and progressive experience. The second round was a phone interview, followed by an additional 30-minute budget assignment using Excel to evaluate your budgeting and spreadsheet skills. The final round was a 60-minute panel interview where you got to meet some of the team, they got to learn more about your skills and experience, and you had an opportunity to ask them questions. Overall, interviewing with The Campaign Workshop was an enjoyable experience. Though it may seem like a lot of steps, they were very communicative and pleasant throughout the process, and I felt comfortable in each round.

Can you explain a time you made a mistake on a project? How did you handle it and what did you do to resolve it?

Interview
Very straightforward interview, the interview didn't last the entire 30 minutes. Interviewer was very casual about asking questions, knew I was going into an internship. Asked for references after the interview, but never got an offer.
