Pretty good interview process. I initially applied online and got called for an interview a week later. When I came in I went through a 15 min interview. It started off with simply introducing myself and describing what my interests are. Then it got into the typical situational-retail questions. But the entire time the interviewer was very kind and tried to make small talk which helped me calm my nerves.
