The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Children's Place in Sept 2011
Interview
I interviewed for a part time (20 hours a week maximum) Team Lead/Key Holder position, first with the store manager. The store manager said that I would be having a phone interview with another store manager in the district, and yet another phone interview with the district manager. It was a really nerve wracking process for a part time job, to be honest. The questions were standard and the interview process took two weeks before I was offered the job.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Children's Place (Pflugerville, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was with an experienced store manager as well as the store manager that would be taking over for the new store I applied for. They mostly wanted to get to know me and my past experience.

Interview
I interviewed with the Assistant Manager. It was about 30-45 minutes in length. They ask you standard questions about your work experience and reasons for applying. They want to get to know you and your work ethic, and why you left your previous job. Make sure also to review the responsibilities of the position you are applying for and that you can meet them. Make sure that if you have an gaps in your employment that you clarify why they are there.

Interview
I was a sales associate and had a phone interview with the district manager to be promoted to Key Holder. I was asked a few of your basic interview questions. Nothing was too difficult for me. But honestly you don't have to be of very high talent to work here.
