Interview
All applications are submitted online and then a lengthy assessment must be completed for the application to be approved for transmittance to the stores management team. Once the application is sent to the manager of the store you selected to apply for, the process for the applicant ends. If the manager is interested, they will call you. However, if they are not interested, the application just sits there and no further communication is provided. The process after the application is submitted is very lengthy and no timetable is given. I received a call back almost a month after the application was submitted to schedule an interview. The store always accepts applications so you are applying for any potential job openings in the future and not necessarily a currently open position.
