It wasn't that difficult. You will have to interview not only with your future team members and supervisor but also cross-functional partners holding executive positions. Come prepared and it should not be an issue. Be prepared to spend some time at the corporate office. There will be no fancy lunch interview.

The interview process was geared around Situational based questions. I was initially contacted by a recruiter after I had applied online for a pre screen; then interviewed with the Store Manager and the next step was the District Manager.
