Interview was frustrating. My recruiter informed me my interview with the manager would be a phone call. She emailed me an itinerary that clearly stated the interview would be via phone and a number to call was provided. The day of my interview, I dialed into the phone number I was given and entered the meeting access code. The interviewer joined the call and asked me why I was not logged on to Webex video. I stated I was not provided instructions on logging into a video and was only given a number to dial into. My interviewer proceeded with the interview via phone call but I felt it left a bad impression. Very frustrating as it was out of my control and I had spent time preparing for this interview. The interview itself was okay. The interviewer asked why I only had my last 3 positions listed on my resume which I have never been asked before and I thought was fairly common practice. Overall, bizarre and disappointing experience.
