The interview experience started off good. After the initial screening I went through two rounds of interviews with the Director and presumably with what would have been a colleague manager. Afterwards correspondence went silent; followed up with the recruiter who was always responsive but not able to provide substantive update. Finally the recruiter contacts me to share that the position is no longer remote and that the position is now Hybrid and that you can only work in certain states. Greatly disappointing and yet perplexing given other managers work outside of those designated states.
