My interview felt rushed, with questions repeated from the application and CV rather than giving me space to explore my background. The interviewer relied on a checklist approach and asked technical questions that would normally be handled by subject matter experts at later stages. The process felt more like a box-ticking exercise than a genuine effort to understand my skills and experience.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Consultus International Group (Leicester, England) in Mar 2022
Interview
It was a two stage interview with presentation with the last interview with the head of department. Interview process was straight forward and the questions fair. This felt more like a conversation rather than an actual formal interview. The managers made the conversation feel comfortable.
