Step 1) An online application with CV and cover letter. Step 2) An interview with 5 others candidates and a case study. Step 3) An interview with a case study in front of 4 members of the team. The step 2 was the most surprising and intimidating but was finally a nice experience : getting to see other people and how they work on an interesting topic (community engagement).
