Informal, casual, friendly. It was a one-to-one interview with the Camp Director. They look for people with experience with elementary school age kids and want to know about how you'd handle emergencies and handling kids who have difficult behavior.

Interview
I sent in my resume and cover letter. I got a call back for when I had to come in. Two people interviewed me. They were nice and friendly and gave me a good overview of what the museum was going to be like. They called me to tell me I got the job and I had to take a drug test and they did a background check.

There really weren't any difficult questions. They asked us about customer service, how to handle lost children, and very basic questions relating to the job.
