Awful experience. The interview process was very smooth, and within a week they were pleased to offer me the job. I tried to negotiate salary as I initially already mentioned, they kept me waiting for 3 weeks, only to tell me they gave the role to someone internally when they had already sent me the contract. They made me believe they were revising my request, but they were trying to find someone else, instead of negotiating with me.
