I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The E.W. Scripps Company (Cincinnati, OH) in Jan 2022
Interview
Screening interview, then supervisor and manager interview. Quick, easy, felt like I was able to sell myself perfectly in the time provided by both the screening interview and interview with the team.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The E.W. Scripps Company in Feb 2024
Interview
It was straightforward as previous posts have suggested. It began with a phone screening, followed by a Zoom conversation with an individual on the Sales team, a follow-up Zoom chat, and culminated with an in-person interview with a manager, fellow Ad Ops Analyst, and the individual from Zoom. I appreciated the candor of these conversations, the approachability of the team, and I would have had a very enjoyable experience even though I was not selected for the offer. The only disappointing aspect was that I was told, upon my exit of the in-person interview, there was a "good chance I was in." Exact words from one of the individuals involved in the hiring of this position. Two weeks later, I was told they were “moving forward with other candidates.” While I knew those words were not an official offer and that they had to resume their due diligence with other candidates, it certainly inflated my perceived prospects and, in light of this, to be informed I was not selected was disappointing and misleading to say the least. Not something I would say to someone unless there was a degree of certainty or integrity behind those words.

Question 1
How do you deal working with difficult people and stressful situations?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The E.W. Scripps Company (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
It was a very smooth and stress free processes I’ve ever been apart of. Scripps is such and elite company around the Cincinnati area, so when I was going through this process I was imagining long interviews, super long process of waiting, and just worrying about the worst. However, this process was amazing. Everyone was so nice, and excited to meet me and open to my questions. I loved the energy that I was given within the interview process as well as the in the interview itself. Kiera Moore was a big help throughout this process, and is very informative as well as kind. She explained the role perfectly, and I am excited to be apart of the Scripps team.
