A week after a phone screening, I was invited to interview via Zoom with 2 managers for about an hour. Both managers were very welcoming, asked average interview questions and explained the company and position very well. I then received an offer about 2 weeks after.

Interview process was very speedy. I had two interviews; one over the phone and the other by Zoom. Everyone I interviewed with was very friendly and welcoming! Each meeting really felt more like a conversation where they were really just trying to get a good feel for my professional background. I truly had a great experience!

Interview
Apparently, management will hand your resume out to other employees, not managers or supervisors but potential coworkers. They get to know your personal information and then "tear" through your resume in a meeting. That's even before you have walked in the door and have an actual interview.
Unless you're a "rockstar" and have many years of collections, accounts receivable, or other relate-able experience do not expect to get the job. Regardless of the qualifications listed on the job description. Based on the interview it seems as if the mangers/ supervisors do not want to train anyone and expect you to start right out of the gate.
