Interview
- Approx 120-150 People present Sydney, Australia 2016.
- 3/4 Rounds
- 1st round CV Drop quick hello and sit down. PowerPoint presentation about Emirates and Dubai.
- 2nd round look for your name if you made this round, group task in pairs talk about this product to the group.
- 3rd round smaller group a hotel with disgruntled customers who gets priority for the last couple rooms and why, discuss as group (she notes if you don’t speak she can’t assess)
- last round 10 people final interview selected had to fill something out can’t remember.
Final Interview

( I personally thought my interview was bad and I didn’t get the job lol) just remember you have nothing to lose should you not get it!
Interviewer was nice and little scary lol she’s very professional. Didn’t give anything away.

- Describe a time you had to adapt to a certain culture.
The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

Interview
tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).
They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
