Interview
The process was thorough and fair. They looked at peoples behavior at unsuspected times to get the real image instead of what the candidates try to portray during their interview. Being pretty is definitely not enough. They are looking for genuine people who actually like other people and enjoy helping them.

Tell me a time you had conflict with a customer and how did you handle it.
The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

Interview
tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).
They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
