Psychometric tests for two rounds before an HR call where I was given a take home assignment to prepare a presentation for a panel discussion. The assignment was sent to me on Friday and I had two days to prepare it. The panel consisted of two people from the product organisation and one HR representative (I was surprised that the HR representative asked some good questions too). Overall the presentation took 15 minutes with 30 minutes Q&A, which I thought went well (lots of nodding, lots of comparing their internal challenges to my experience). I was then completely ghosted by the company - I asked for feedback multiple times from both my recruiter, and the recruitment team in general. Never heard back.

The interview process had two main stages. First, a 25-minute HireVue video interview with structured questions. Then, a 1.5-hour discussion with management, focusing on product management expertise, agile methodology, and professional background. The overall process was clear but the final response took quite some time to arrive.
