I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at The Employment Firm (Denver, CO) in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview process was casual and laid back. It started with coffee and then I went in for a formal meet and greet with the owners and present colleagues. I had some 1:1's with several of the other recruiters to see if personalities matched and chatted mostly about my past experiences in relation to what to expect in that role.

Interview
Face to face interview in their Colorado boulevard office. Short, about 20 minutes - shortest interview I have ever had. As a recruiter that is not good. Professional office and people however just seemed ready for the next interview to come in. Going through the paces
