The Ensign Group interview questions

The interview process includes a panel of 8-10 GL accounting resources broken out into three sessions. There are a variety of questions ask ranging from experience, curiosity, humility, background, etc.

Two interviews - was hired at the second interview. The process was fairly easy. I was first called by the HR representative to set up an interview. I met with them at the interview and it felt more like a second interview than a first interview where I talked about a little bit about myself, and then I answered a lot of like this situational behavioral questions. The second air interview wasn’t really an interview rather it was just a bigger breakdown of what the job role would be, and then I was hired on the spot when that interview completed.
