The Escape Pod interview questions

Started with a recruiter on LinkedIn, then went straight to the ECD. After that, they wanted my partner and I to come in for 3+ hours during a workday to meet the team. Despite the commitment, we obliged. Felt like they were somewhat serious about us. Anyway, we came in, got a tour, met folks, they brought in lunch, talked to some of the department leads, said goodbye and left. Took a couple weeks for the recruiter to tell my partner and I they passed on us with no real feedback for why other than a typical "not enough experience" response, which feels like something they could have figured out well before having us spend almost half a day with them. I actually don't think we would have accepted in the end, we had a funny feeling after visiting them. The team is extremely small, like shockingly small. And the work seemed limited. Cool office though. I hope they found the right people for the job but I think they need to figure out their interview process before hiring more in the future.
