The Floow interview questions

The initial contact was a simple phone call covering the basic concepts of QA and discussing any prior experience in the field. The next step was a face to face interview with a short test and then a longer Individual project to be completed over the next week. Email communication occured throughout and the final contact was vis a phone call to confirm an remaining details.

Stages: 1) quick 'Hi who are you' phone interview 2) basic Java knowledge test over phone 3) a programming assignment with a week time limit 4) final face to face 1h interview
