Long process that took over a month. First interview I was told the salary would be within my desired range. However, I received an offer after the second interview for 20k less than I was told previously. I mentioned how this was not what we had discussed so I would not be able to accept. The manager was condescending and acted like I was crazy for asking for what is honestly a reasonable salary I thought we already agreed on.
